We contacted Travis because we wanted to sell our home and purchase a new family home. It was the best decision we made! We were worried about selling our house however Travis offered to tour the house and give us ideas to get the house ready for the market. His extensive knowledge of the housing market allowed us to price our home at a very competitive price! He helped explain the process and always made sure we understood!
As for the house buying, he listened to what we wanted and worked hard in finding the perfect home. He definitely had the interests of all of us including our 2 year old daughter and made sure we had a safe neighborhood and a house we all loved! His knowledge of the neighborhoods helped a ton since we were also looking in a whole new area! When we finally put in an offer, at the inspection we found out that the A/C needed to be replaced. However going into the week of closing the sellers still did not replace it. Travis kept in communication with the sellers and us during the whole time and he made sure that everything was covered prior to closing. Travis demonstrated high professionalism and great communication/negotiation skills throughout this waiting period.
