We contacted Travis because we wanted to sell our home and purchase a new family home. It was the best decision we made! We were worried about selling our house however Travis offered to tour the house and give us ideas to get the house ready for the market. His extensive knowledge of the housing market allowed us to price our home at a very competitive price! He helped explain the process and always made sure we understood!
As for the house buying, he listened to what we wanted and worked hard in finding the perfect home. He definitely had the interests of all of us including our 2 year old daughter and made sure we had a safe neighborhood and a house we all loved! His knowledge of the neighborhoods helped a ton since we were also looking in a whole new area! When we finally put in an offer, at the inspection we found out that the A/C needed to be replaced. However going into the week of closing the sellers still did not replace it. Travis kept in communication with the sellers and us during the whole time and he made sure that everything was covered prior to closing. Travis demonstrated high professionalism and great communication/negotiation skills throughout this waiting period.
Travis helped with selling and purchasing our new home. We highly recommend Travis to anyone who is looking to sell and/or buy a home! You will appreciate his thoroughness and knowledge when it comes time.

Home buying can be a very difficult process especially for someone doing it for the first time. Travis has a knack for keeping the potential buyer's best interests in mind even when the buyer can't see the forest for the trees. Travis and his team navigated us through what was a very quick home purchase and concurrent sale of our previous home. I have been utilizing Travis' real estate expertise across numerous transactions since 2005. We know a lot of realtors, many are close friends, but after working with Travis for so long we know he puts our priorities ahead of his own...very rare in today's society. Our last transaction was a testament to his character and work-ethic. Travis scoured our very small desired area for what I call a "unicorn property". After finding a non-listed property, he jumped through association details, property hurdles and special seller requirements to ensure we didn't lose the property. Sure, he could have pushed us into one of the other 20+ homes we walked through but he wanted us to find "the house" where we will be raising our family for the next 10+ years. As I say that, and knowing my family, we will probably sell in 3 years for another project. If so, we will be calling Travis to handle another sale!

When buy he listened to what I was looking for and where my price range/ location was. He gave me good options and didn't waste my time. Helped all the way through closing on both sales!

We came to the lakes in Blaine to purchase a resale home. In our search we stopped by a model home to see if we may be interested in purchasing the model.
